I am sure many of us ask ourselves – to improve customer experience satisfaction for the VA – we also need to understand what types of calls these call centers handle – a large program used by the VA - Choice Program has released a new feature that allows them to now receive help credit/debit issues – if you are not familiar with Choice here is all about it:

2) Military Medical Record
3) Other Medical Records
4) Dependent Information
a) Birth Certificates
b) Social Security Numbers
c) Marriage License (current marriage), Divorce Decrees (for both spouses & all times they were issued)
5) Death Certificates (for past spouses & deceased veterans if a family is claiming benefits)
